Troubleshoot Sending and Receiving Email Error in AT&T
If you are using AT&T Email Account, you might have stuck with issues while sending and receiving the Email. This error can be caused due to various reasons like Email Client-side error, issue with Email Server Setting, or issue with set-up or update AT&T Email. 1. First of all, sign out of your account and sign back in.
2. If still, you are unable to receive and send emails, check if those emails aren’t getting loaded in your Spam Folder.
3. You can also try with opening your AT&T Email account in some different browser.
4. If still, you are facing the trouble then you must clear your browser’s cookies and cache. Sometimes these cookies can slow down the speed of the browser which may lead to trouble with Emails.
5. You must review your “Settings”
· To do so, click on the gear icon on the right top corner.
· Check your “Blocked Addresses” column. Make sure you have not added any Email address here. This may block you from sending and receiving any Email to that particular address.
6. If the issue still resides, then go ahead and enable ‘Javascript’. Also, make sure that it is updated to the latest version. Check out your Browser’s settings or options to find the Javascript option.
7. Try with disabling your Browser Tools or add-ons. Sometimes these extensions or add-ons cause trouble with Emailing option.
8. You must make sure that your Adobe Flash Player is on and updated to the latest version.
