When
we talk about Nepal, it is the small naturally beautified landlocked country
boardered by China (north) and India (east, west and south). Broadly, it is
differentiated into 5 development regions. Kathmandu, the capital city of
nation locating in central development region. Geographically, the country is
divided into himalayan region, hilly region and terai region. Brahmin, Chhetri,
Rai, Limbu Magar, Gurung in hills, Sherpa and Tamang in Himalayans, and Yadav,
Chaudhary and Tharus in Terai clearly signifies the caste diversity who are
mainly Hindus, Buddhists, Christians and Muslims.
Nepal,
a south east asian country is highly sourrounded by the garlands of natural

commonly known as Mount Everest the tallest peak of the world is the main sight

is rich in water bodies too. Lakes and rivers have been adding values to
natural beauties. Rara lake in Mugu district, Lake Shey Phoksundo in Dolpa,
Fewa lake, Begnas lake, Rupa lake in Pokhara, Tilicho lake are the renowned
lakes of Nepal, of which Rara lake is the biggest one, Shey Phoksundo the
deepest one and Tilicho is one of the lake in the world locating at highest
altitude (4919m). Similarly, Bagmati river, Mahakali river, Trishuli river,
Narayani river, Koshi river, Karnali river, Marshyangdi river and Kali Gandaki
river are the famous one in Nepal. Trishuli, Kali Gandaki, Bhote koshi and Seti
river are famous for those who loves rafting. Bhote koshi has been recently
famous world wide site for bunjy.
With
the intension of preserving the natural flora and fauna and to create the
diversity among flora and fauna, country has spent its effort to maintain National
parks and wild life reserves. Chitwan national park, Bardiya national park,
Khaptad national parks, Rara national parks, Dhorpatan hunting reserve,
Koshitappu wildlife reserve etc are the good examples of national parks and
wild life reserves where the visitors can experience jungle safari in jeeps and
elephant and observe the endangered plant and animal species of Nepal.
Everest base camp
trek offers one the closest view of Mount Everest, Annapurna base camp trek
allows one to stand face to face with Mount Annapurna, Poon hill trek helps
ones for closest sightseeing of Annapurna and Dhaulagiri mountain range,
Langtang trek gives opportunity to observe monasteries, local villages and
langtang mountain, trek to upper Mustang and Dolpo also gives opportunity to be
familiar with Tibetan culture and beautiful landscapes. These are the famous
treeking sites of Nepal.
Lumbini,
the birth place of lord Buddha, Pashupatinath, Swayambhu, Patan durbar square,
Kathmandu durbar square, Bhaktapur durbar square and baudha are the renowned
cultural heritages of Nepal.
At
present, Pokhara, Palpa(Tansen), Gorkha, Manang, Mustang are the places
prefferd by visitors to spent their short vacation.
