There are several important situation instructions as follows:
1. Temperature control: the best temperature for cabinets spreading industry is 18-23 degree, within this temperature scope, the time for A component and B component mixing up to foam and the strip quality is the best, if the temperature is a little lowwer, it will occur the situation that the time to foam is too long or expansion ratio is low, the status of strips are more rigid, maybe it occus the phenomenon of epidermal cellulite, Conversely, if the temperature is too high, foaming time may be shorten with a high expansion ratio, and the strip is too soft, May also occur the phenomenon of uneven surface and even uneven bubble holes after foaming epidermis;
2. About A component mixture: The polyurethane A component is a multi-component formulations product, for the imported glue formulations, in order to ensure the aspect ratio and the strip quality, there is powdered solid within thixotropic agent formulations, The newly produced glue belongs to the solid-liquid mixed phase distribution state, if the glue is for a long time without mixing up, it may occur the phenomenon of solids settling and glue ing, which absolutly influence the strip quality stability.
3. About freeze dryer: in the Polyurethane B component, some of the raw materials are sensitive to moisture in the air, When without freezing dryer separation the gas source will go into B componenet circulation system with the water in the component B producing crystals, which will clog pipes, valves and pumps causing inaccurate measure, and get a bad effent on the stips quality, also it will cause equipment failure, increase the maintenance cost of the equipment.
