Brief Analysis of Main Components of Wire Stripping Machine

Wire stripping machine working principle:

conveyor wire through wire feeding wheels and wire outlet wheels,complete cutting and stripping through turret assembly.

1.) Wire feeding wheel lifting up knob: wire stripping machine lift up the knob while wire pass through the machine, turn the knob clockwise to lift up wire feeding wheel, so that wire can be passed through. counterclockwise rotate knob is to lift down the wire feeding wheel to press the wire.

2.) Cutter holder assembly: is responsible for wire cutting,stripping wire head and tail,in the status of shutdown,  upper and bottom blades will be open to the maximum, so as to the wire goes through the cutter smoothly.

3.) Wire feeding wheel clearance adjustment knob: adjust clearance of wire feeding wheels of wire stripping machine, turn up to increase the gap, turn down to decrease the space (according to the thickness of wire to adjust).

4.) Wire feeding wheel: conveying wire and wire head stripping. Wire stripping machine strip wire head and tail while stripping short wire (wire length less than 50mm), besides wire head stripping when wire stripping machine middle stripping, also can be stripped in medium sections.

5.) Wire outlet wheel clearance adjustment knob: adjust clearance of wire outlet wheels of wire stripping machine, turn up to increase the gap, turn down to decrease the space (according to the thickness of wire to adjust).

6.) Wire outlet wheel: for the transport of wire and stripping wire tail. (stripping machine has no effect on short wire stripping, need to make “wire outlet wheel lift-up knob” in the “U” position)

7.) Wire outlet wheel lift-up knob: lift-up wire outlet wheel to take out the wire,  counterclockwise rotate knob is to raise up wire outlet wheel for wire outlet, during working, turn the knob clockwise to put down the wire outlet wheel. When using a short wire stripping procedure, you should lift up the wire outlet wheel.

8.) Wire outlet wheel pressure adjustment knob: for wheel pressure adjustment, pull out then counterclockwise rotate, wire outlet wheel pressure increase, pull out then clockwise rotate, the pressure decreases. (decided by the insulation strength, is difficulty of stripping machine stripping insulation, difficult means to pressure increases, easy means to pressure decreases)

9.) Wire stripping machine wire feeding wheel pressure regulating knob: to regulate the pressure of wire feeding wheel of wire stripping machine, pull out then clockwise rotate to increase wire feeding wheel pressure, pull out then counterclockwise rotate to decrease wire feeding wheel pressure. (decided by the insulation strength, is difficulty of stripping machine stripping insulation, difficult means to pressure increases, easy means to pressure decreases)
