Automatic terminal crimping machine failure reason and eliminations


1, failure: the length of the different stripping opening;

Reason a: the wire inlet wheel pressed too tight or loose;

Countermeasures: use wire roller fine-tune piece to adjust the gap of wire inlet wheels until the wire won’t be compressed flattened or too loosen slip.

Reason B: cutting knife cut too shallow or too deep;

Countermeasures: to adjust the depth of the cutting knife to adjust the blade to the appropriate location, so as not to damage the copper wire and smooth off the rubber.

Reason C: cut off knife wear or blade edge;

Countermeasures: replace the new cutting blade.

 

2, failure: crimped crimp exposes uneven copper wires;

Reasons and countermeasures:

A. check whether the gun type swing arm is attached to the wire;

B. check whether the edge of the terminal machine is relatively straight with the swing arm;

C. check terminal machine auxiliary block is loose;

D. check the distance between terminal machine and automatic machine has no change.

 

3, failure: the cutting length of the electronic wire is not consistent

Reason a: wire inlet wheel pressed too tight or too loose;

Countermeasures: use wire roller fine-tune piece to adjust the gap of wire inlet wheels until the wire won’t be compressed flattened or too loosen slip.

Reason B: straightening device is too tight or loose;

Countermeasures: adjust the straightening device can play a straightening role and can be sent out smoothly as a principle.

Reason C: tangent edge wear or knife edge;

Countermeasures: replace the new cutter.

 

4, failure: the machine can not start or stop operation;

Reasons and countermeasures:

A. check whether the current input (220V) and 6KG air pressure;

B. check whether or not the total number of settings to reach, if it reaches the settings, shut off and restart machine;

C. check for a wireless material or a running part stuck;

D. check whether the terminal machine is connected to the signal or the power supply is connected to the terminal machine.
