A lot of times, printer is not able to process your print command and at that time, you need to clear the print job manually. You can follow the directions given here for the same:

• Right-click the Windows icon on the screen and select Control Panel.
• Then go to Hardware and Sounds, and click Devices and Printers.
• Now right-click your Printer name and then select “See What’s Printing”.
• This is time to right-click the stalled print-job and click Cancel.
• Lastly, click Yes.
