Go to Password Reset page provided on Suddenlink webpage.

Here, you need to provide User name.

After providing User Name, click on Get security questions.

You are needed to provide the answers of security questions, the same answers that you had provided during creation of account.

Enter the captcha.

Then click on reset password.

A link will be sent to your primary e mail account that you had given at the time of creation of account.

Enter the new password.

Log out and when you log-in next time , you need to enter the new password.
