·         Locate and recover a deleted email:

You will only be able to recover those emails you deleted from inbox within past 30 days because after this period of time they are not recoverable as they are deleted automatically forever.

o   Firstly open trash folder present on the left.

o   Open the email you want to recover.

o   Now at the click on a box beside trash icon which shows “move to” when you take the cursor over it.

o   You’ll be shown a drop-down list to move the email to inbox, sent mail, outbox or draft.

o   Choose from the list and that email will shift to that folder.
